The Ralph Thornton Community Centre is hosting weekly Tae Kwon Do classes from 6:30PM – 8:30PM every Tuesday and Thursday for both kids and adults. Classes are free, taught by qualified black belt instructors, and instruct on essential self-defence, kicking, punching, and sparring techniques.

Calligraphy Healing Meditation

Experince the power of Tao calligraphy with Master Zhi Gang Sha every Wednesday from 7PM – 8:30PM until the beginning of March. Tao calligraphy allows deep healing to take place by transforming low frequency and vibration in soul, heart, mind, energy, and matter into high frequency and vibration, bringing balance, healing, realization, and transformation.
