Komplete is a class base strength and conditioning facility in an environment that is both challenging and supportive. We are built upon a philosophy of hard work equals results - a willingness to push and commit oneself to overcoming self-imposing limitations as we provide both the tools and knowledge to do so. The class base training is programmed differently each day involving a diversity of movements and equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, sleds and unique bodyweight movements. We coach our clients as athletes building optimal strength, conditioning, movement and mobility allowing them to reach their performance goals and a healthier lifestyle.
We also provide freelance trainers to come use the facility to train their own clients. We have classes as early 6:00 am Monday - Friday and also on Saturdays.
