Riverside will have the presence of Lorenzo, a digital squad member, to work one on one with businesses to improve its digital presence. He will be able to help you in whichever digital aspect you need.
The primary role of Digital Main Street is to assess your digital needs and teach you how to better navigate through the online options you have. Lorenzo can help you gain a basic web presence, or enhance your existing web presence by helping you activate easy-to-use tools such as Google My Business, social media, or setting up a free trial of an e-commerce shop (through Shopify). He can also provide some guidance, resources and recommendations on how your business can progress digitally.
There is absolutely no cost to you as a business as this service is being offered through the BIA.
