Arriving By TTC

Only 10 minutes from either the Yonge or Bloor subway lines via 501 Queen streetcar eastbound or 504 King Streetcar via Broadview subway station.

Arriving By Car

From the North

Take the DVP south to the Bayview / Bloor Exit and continue south. Exit at Bayview and continue south along Bayview to River Street. Exit at River Street and follow River Street to Queen Street. Turn left (East) on Queen Street. You will pass under the iconic DVP bridge – and once you cross the bridge, you have arrived in Riverside.

From the West

Follow Queen Street eastbound from Toronto’s Eaton Centre for 2.5 km. You will pass under the iconic DVP bridge – and once you cross the bridge, you have arrived in Riverside.

Parking

Metered parking is available along Queen Street and Broadview Avenue at a reasonable rate. Free street parking is also available on residential streets in Riverside but allow for a 1-hour limit in many areas. Please read signs carefully as parking guidelines are location specific.

Riverside’s municipal parking lots are located at 111 and 134 Broadview Avenue, just north of Queen Street East.  There is a private parking lot at 765 Queen Street East at Saulter Street. All parking lots are reasonably priced and offer inexpensive overnight rates.
