Bullet Journaling at BRIKA
April 25, 2017 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
| $30Event Navigation
BRIKA invites you to learn the art of bullet journaling.
Hosted by Kat Akerfeldt, the assistant curator at Toronto’s First Post Office, her sold-out workshops prove that sometimes all you need to make positive change is a carte blanche (literally).
If you carry multiple notebooks (not to mention a smart phone!) to keep everything organized, you should meet Ryder Carroll’s Bullet Journal system. Bullet Journals are changing the world for fans of analog time management, goal-setting and tracking, and list-making! It will keep you on track for life goals both big and small, and can be as customized, changeable, motivational, and as arty you like.
What are your goals in 2017? Drink more water? Spend less? Read more? Whatever your resolution, the bullet journal system can get you there.
The workshop will go through the basic system, as well as sharing some options and innovations, and then will get down to setting up your journal.
Notebook options:
We will supply everything you need, except for your actual journal. Bring your own notebook, or purchase one at our store!
If you BYO, we recommend a notebook with dotted or grid paper, about 5×8″, and about 250 pages.
You may also want to bring your favourite pen, but we’ll have washi tape, coloured pens, and lots of other supplies to help make your new bullet journal feel like home.
