The Riverside BIA will be hosting a FREE Digital Marketing Workshop lead by Ricardo Mallaco, that worked with over 30 businesses in the BIA, on July 24, 2019, from 9:00 am – 10:30 am.

The workshop’s main focus will be on Google My Business. Google My Business is an online platform where business owners have more control over their business when searched on Google.

It allows business owners to:

• create and edit their information in a Google search
• respond to customer reviews and questions
• post updates and announcements
• upload photos or videos
• get insights on how customers find your business
