The Queen/Saulter Library, Ralph Thornton Community Centre, and South Riverdale Child-Parent Centre are hosting a free Howl-O-Ween Party for children, families and caregivers! Join in the fun on the Library Level, and 2nd and 3rd floors from 3:30-5:30pm. Wear your costume!!
