September 30 @ 7:00 pm - October 1 @ 7:00 am

Nuit Blanche, Toronto’s free all-night art event, will be coming to Riverside from Sunset to Sunrise, September 30th to October 1st.  Since Now, From Then, a series of exhibits, including live performances, new media art projections, as well as bold and atmospheric sculptures and installations, will be set within the Riverside neighbourhood in the laneway behind The Broadview Hotel and in buildings south on Broadview just north of Eastern Ave. These captivating art projects merge art and architecture, technology and nature, as well as public and private spaces. They will all at once bring us to the present, reflect on the past and look to the future of the changing east end of Toronto.

The first time ever in Toronto’s East End, Nuit Blanche is being hosted as one of 39 Independent Projects as part of Nuit Blanche across the City, thanks to a collaboration with the Riverside BIA, ERA Architects, Project Gallery, The Broadview Hotel and Streetcar Developments Inc, and the many artists who will be bringing these exhibits to life, including:

*Project Gallery

*Wiggly Artist Collective

*Callen Schaub

*Alex MacLeod

*Nadine Bariteau

*Rosemary Jeffares

*ERA Architects
