Thanks to amazing community partners Nell & Natasha’s Real Estate Homeward for hosting an excellent Halloween fest on October 24th! Despite the dreary weather, Halloween enthusiasts enjoyed a pumpkin carving contest & haunted house  at Jimmie Simpson Rec Centre.  On McGee Street, Nell & Natasha’s Real Estate Homeward hosted their annual Halloween Fundraiser. Over 300 folks came out, raising $1,350 for Syrian families. The event featured an excellent performance by VocalWork Children’s Choir. The Riverside Kiddie Costume Parade had about 50 children take part with trick-or-treat stops at 20 participating businesses!
