In mac fab 1celebration of macFAB Sews grand opening, macFAB will be making us all look a bit more fabulous with Pride themed headbands and bow tie workshops, while they deck out the hood for Eats & Beats.

macFAB has been a dedicated participant and contributor to the Annual Eats &Beats StreetFest over the years by featuring their unique talents in the form of decorating and glamorizing Queen Street East. This year is no exception as they will be designing colourful and festive Pride/Mardi Gras themed skirts for the planters on Queen Street East to commemorate the World Pride Festival.

macFAB owns two locations. The first is a boutique fabric furniture decor shop. The second is a sewing supplies notions from around the world store. Both are staples of the Queen Street East Riverside area…not only because of their array of eclectic collections of quality high-end fabrics for upholstery and drapery, but everything about macFAB epitomizes “FAbUlOuSiTy!!!”

Owner Dale Sonier purchased the company 18 years ago from the original owners and moved it to Queen East neighbourhood 4 years ago in their continued quest to always strive to be ahead of the curve; transforming the business, with the help of his partner, Patrick Kennedy,

“We only buy what we love and would buy for ourselves. Everyone deserves quality, from a candle to a handmade Canadian sofa. Craftsmanship is timeless. You have to visit to experience and see all the things that inspire your own version of HOME. ”

….The unstoppable macFAB now make Sofas.
