Feed Your Stomach and Nourish Your Soul at Riverside’s Eats & Beats Streetfest
Riverside’s Annual Eats & Beats Streetfest is back – this year on Saturday, June 3rd and Sunday, June 4th alongside the Riverdale ArtWalk! Join us as the festival helps Ontario and Canada ‘Celebrate 150’, with festivities spanning Riverside’s 10 vibrant blocks along Queen Street East from the DVP to Empire Avenue.
As part of the 5th Annual Riverside Eats & Beats Streetfest on June 4th, come and meet dynamic duo, Nell and Natasha of Real Estate Homeward Brokerage, and enjoy their complimentary community BBQ at the festival’s McGee Street Closure. Feed your stomach with BBQ goodness and enjoy refreshments along with some rhythm and blues from The Entertwangers (formerly the HUDU Rising Blues Band) from 1-4pm!
Enjoy more fun at the McGee Street Closure with the BMO Queen/Saulter Branch’s Fun Tent with prizes and the BMO Bear. In addition, a 10-foot tall Summer Bucket with contests, samples and giveaways will also be on site. And don’t miss meeting the Toronto Pirates and climb aboard their 15 ft pirate ship as they head ashore and need help finding treasure!

Nell Bradshaw and Natasha Varjacic of Real Estate Homeward are a mother and daughter real estate ‘dream team’ who live and work in Riverside.
They are our community champions, hosting fun neighbourhood events like their free summer BBQ, Halloween fest, and Easter Egg Hunt, with proceeds going to charitable causes. Nell and Natasha also support community development a world away – each month they donate a portion of their commissions to help provide food, school supplies, and access to clean water to the children and families in Maseno, Kenya.
