Riverside Halloween crowd never disappoints! Even on a rainy morning, an amazing number of kids showed up this past Saturday, Oct 27th to have lots of fun!
A huge thank you to Jimmie Simpson Rec Centre for hosting their amazing pumpkin carving and Haunted House and to Nell & Natasha Real Estate Homeward for creating their always festive event with face painting, pumpkin decoration, treats, hot chocolate and music with Sing Along Tim. Thanks also to George Brown College volunteers who helped during the event. All this raising money to support the year-round Rivertowne Breakfast Program by Rivertowne Safety 1st.
At the end kids of all ages went with the Riverside BIA on a Kiddie Costume Parade trick or treating at 20 local businesses, ending up at the Queen/Saulter Library Branch for spooky story time! Thank you to all the businesses that joined the BIA on this amazing event!
Enjoy the photos of the event and Happy Halloween everyone!!
